We provide a guide to help you write a powerful query letter, along with a final polish before it goes out.  Or we can write your letter for you.  Suggestions on fine-tuning and polishing your letter are included as part of this service.

The companies on our list include the major and medium sized publishers, record labels, agencies, and management companies, plus some of the up-and-coming smaller publishers.  The agents on our lists are all legitimate non-fee charging agents, who have recognized credentials in the field.  Because we obtain many of our e-mails from confidential sources and subscriptions to industry databases, we do not sell our lists. 

We target your queries to the companies based on your type or genre of song.  Our database software will make the match, and we can exclude individuals or companies you have already contacted.   For example, we can target companies based on their location, genre, size, and whether they are members of selected organizations in the industry.

If you are doing an e-query, we send it out for you and give you a report, which includes the name of each contact and company queried.  Generally, these queries go out to about 200-300 contacts, depending on the genre of your song. 

If you are doing a postal query, we create a file of letters and envelopes or labels for you which are ready to mail.  They can be set up with your own letterhead or so you can print out on your own stationery.  

We can provide you with  your own e-mail on our new dedicated mail server, so you can send out queries under a private e-mail and have them forwarded to your own e-mail account.
